Blackhawks Convention-2013

First year of attending the Blackhawks convention ... bonding with my brother
and collecting pictures and autographs in a busy fun weekend.

At least the next band was worth it ...
Rozsival, one of the few cup winners available to the
general public! Mark got Q for our
guaranteed room autograph that year.

The reason we didn't get Saad autograph,
crazy how many people basically camped out for first spots
in line Saturday. Part of the massive line waiting
for day 2 to open

Come on, you know Esposito is #1

Another fave as a kid, Steve Larmer
May I also add, a crime against nature he's
not yet in the HHOF So get both my old day players to
sign the same old time looking puck

Larmer on the NHL side
(he did win his cup with the NY Rangers after all)
Didn't get into Smith's line,
but you know the girls who did were happy

and join organist Frank Pellico
in the singing of the National Anthem
Came early for another panel and
Darren Pang and Eddie O were still signing some
autographs.
Eddie was awesome and
ignored the handlers until he signed for everyone waiting
myself included
Our one and only Sunday goal ...
successfully get in Bobby Hull autograph line.

Mission accomplished
I was often trying to get a good
picture of my brother Mark shaking hands
Will admit, was easier with Hull, friendly to all
In fact, his line moved soooo slow because
he carefully signed and rushed no one
Everyone of course wanted to see the cup!

Have to take a trip to Toronto to

chance to get hands on with the cup! Then of course ... some more
laundry was hung up
